The data processed by the FoodieTom application (accounts, contributions) is hosted within the European Union by Supabase Inc., on Amazon Web Services infrastructure located in France (Paris region, eu-west-3). The details of the processing appear in our privacy policy.
Application distribution
The FoodieTom application is distributed via the App Store, operated by Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, United States.
Apple, the Apple logo, and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. IOS is a trademark or registered trademark of Cisco in the U.S. and other countries and is used under licence.
Intellectual property
The “FoodieTom” trademark, the logo, the visual identity, the texts and the interface elements of the application and the website are the property of TWILL CONSULTING or are used under licence. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable under the French Intellectual Property Code.
The contributions published by members (recommended dishes, sentences) remain the property of their authors, under the conditions set out in the terms of use.
Liability
TWILL CONSULTING endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, but cannot guarantee its completeness or the absence of service interruptions. Members' contributions reflect personal opinions and are the sole responsibility of their authors.

The website and the application may link to external resources (the App Store, mapping). TWILL CONSULTING exercises no control over these resources and disclaims any liability for their content.
